CasaWare's ceramic non-stick coating is made without any "Forever Chemicals." The silicate/glass-based ceramic non-stick coating uses quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral, as its base. This coating is Lead Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free, PTFE Free, Cadmium Free, and PFAS free.

Made from carbon steel, the pans are also aluminum-free, ensuring superior heat distribution and retention.

Derived from quartz sand, this chemically inert and relatively hard mineral provides a reliable non-stick surface. Use and Care Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels, then wash the product in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. For optimal performance, use plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils, and avoid sharp objects or metal utensils that could scratch the non-stick surface. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting.

To clean, allow the pan to cool completely, then hand wash with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleansers or liquid dish soap in warm water. Rinse and dry with a soft towel. Do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher.
